I found out I shared a lot of common interests with staffer that's leaving which bums me out. I found out we both like the same obscure artist. He's married, so I'm not interested in that way, but just as a cool male friend!

My DH's friend moved back here 3 months ago. Since he came back, they have spent every.single.spare.moment together. It's ridiculous. My DH won't even go on a date with me without taking his friend and his friend's wife. And DH just expects me and friend's wife to become friends when we have absolutely no shared interests whatsoever and she has indicated that she has no interest in being friends with me. And every time I have a little bit of time to myself, in walks friend and his wife, and I have to play hostess and babysitter while DH tries to talk them into trying obscure craft beers and play some stupid card game they found. I think it's great he has a friend(his best friend moved away last year), but do they really have to spend every second together? And I don't want to come off as a catty bitch, so I keep just putting up with never having a day to myself with my family. And I feel bad for her, too, having to put up with my DH and overstaying his welcome.

Just curious, not being snarky, but how will you see what people look like if their face is obscured?

We have a fire pit out back, behind the detached garage. Behind us is nothing but woods. The neighbors to the left are moving out at the end of the month and it will be quite a while before anyone buys the house due to the astronomical repairs needed. This means I CAN dance naked around the fire, because the garage obscures the view from the neighbors on the right!

Reason, science, and logic? I don't see that with the Dems, just overemotional rhetoric that obscures facts and gets people thinking they want more money from the government, which is you and me. Bernie will unveil how he's going to pay for his reforms this week. It will cost the middle class lots of money. Count on it. Do the figures as relating to you and your paycheck. That's logic, but most people don't they just beat the drum and flap their gums about something they don't totally understand.

I don't get how some of these boring, D list celebrities get a reality show! I guess it's because they are on these obscure channels? It's like... some lady who had a hit song out back in 1994 somehow gets some show about her riding around town, buying a purse, going to the salon, and sitting around yapping with some "entourage" and "extended family" of random people who obviously just want to be on TV. WTH? Who watches this shit?
